What should I expect?
First and foremost, relax. We will never single you out or embarrass you in any way. We want you to hear the truth of the Bible and know who God is.

What are the services like?
During each service, our goal is to exalt Jesus Christ in all that we do. You can expect a mix of music, including traditional hymns and praise songs that lead us into worship. Our pastor, Dr. David Kemp, will share a clear biblical message. Our services typically last about one hour. Check out the links below for more information:
What are the people like?
When you visit HVBC, you will find a group of people just like you. We are from all walks of life coming together to learn more about God. You will find friendly and kind people who are here to grow in their walk with the Lord.
Where should I park?
We have plenty of parking and also designated parking for the disabled, widows, and visitors.
What should I wear?
Please just come as you are. Some people wear suits and ties, while others wear shorts, jeans, etc. Regardless of what you are wearing, you will be welcomed at HVBC.
What about my kids?
We have a nursery during Sunday School and our Sunday morning service, as well as special programs for your older children and teens.
What about Sunday School?
At 9:30, we have a variety of classes available. Our greeters can show you where to go.
What about giving?
You will never be pressured to give anything. However, if you would like to participate in giving, please click here. We have options to give online or in any of our services. Anything given to HVBC will be handled with the utmost care.
What if I want to volunteer?
